Information we use

We use your email address to create and secure your account and send sign-in links. We store the profile, insurance, sharing, and account information you enter so the service can display it to you and to people you explicitly authorize.

Documents and parsing

PDF text extraction for document intake runs in your browser. If you choose to save a document, its original file is uploaded to CoverWatch document storage (Cloudflare R2) and associated with your account. You should review extracted details before saving.

Sharing and payment providers

People you explicitly delegate to can see only the records covered by the access you grant. Stripe handles sandbox Checkout and subscription records; CoverWatch stores subscription state and provider identifiers but not your full card number. No live card charges are enabled in the current setup.

Security and control

Sign-in uses one-time email links. You can end active sessions and change sharing access in the app. Contact the service operator about access or data questions.
